Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳20,000.

A wagering requirement of 15x applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 15 times the total bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirements must be met first.
• The relevant wagering requirement must be fully completed before any bonus can be cashed out.

The 299bef VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

The criteria for advancing to a higher VIP tier depend on your overall gaming activity and participation on the platform. The cashback amount is determined at 299bef's discretion.

Fair Play and Technical Errors

All games on 299bef are operated by established game providers and are run in a fair and transparent manner. Please keep the following in mind:

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error or server issue, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• If exceptional winnings result from a software error or bug, 299bef reserves the right to void those winnings.

Prohibited Activities
